The proposed dispute resolution principles are an improvement. They give each party's proposal equal footing, something lacking in the US system.

I think there's some general concepts lacking that are more social in nature, and also those related to outside settlements. I'll elaborate on settlements. Incorporating a mechanism that both parties can just agree and the proposals are invalidated is crucial in my view. If we don't put that in code, it will muck everything up, as it's sure to happen.

Also, I see you keep writing "Mutual Aide" not " Mutual Aid" which is the correct term. Aid (as a noun) means “help” or “assistance.” As a verb it means “to help” or “to assist.” An aide is an assistant.
